2. Gaps in Artwork
When you have scanned in, for example, a hand-drawn images, you may notice that there are small gaps in the outline of the image.
If this is the case, Illustrator can quickly fill in the gaps for you!
Go to "GAP OPTIONS".
Make sure that "GAP DETECTION" is on.
Choose a colour that will show the gaps in your artwork.
Click "SMALL GAPS".
Click "OK", and the gaps are filled in.
