2. Date and Time Settings

There is one setting that can ruin your beautiful images - adding the date and time to the front of your photo!

This feature can be switched off on your camera. There is no real need for it to be on the front of your photographs - unless of course you need the date and time as proof of 'being there'.  

When you take your photos to be printed, the date and time of when the photograph was taken, is often put on the back. That way, you can still remember 'when and where' - without spoiling the image. Alternatively, a digital camera stores this information, and is often easy to find when using Windows Explorer.
